VISION: - As the establishment of the VEEA was with a very specific vision to encourage & prepare           the students to establish a career in the ever growing electrical industry. VEEA provides a          platform which will carry the mantle of innovation & expertise to much greater heights in              future, thereby giving necessary impetus to the overall growth of the students.  AIM  & OBJECTIVE :- ·     To provide the knowledge and awareness in the field of electrical engineering through organizing workshops, seminar, guest lectures and industrial visit. ·    To provide the students a rigorous learning experience in understanding basics of electrical/electronic   equipments built by emphasizing active learning with strongly supported laboratory component and assist students in developing and repairing their own electrical equipments like electrical extension board, Geezer, iron etc. and also to make more than 30 projects for DST funding under RRD cell (Research-Repair development cell). Venue: Seminar hall-3 For IIIrd year & IVth year During : Oct 3rd Week            2.  Industrial visit of local or external bodies : Duration: 2/ 3 visits in sem. Objective: it is an effort  to make student familiar  with industry  During : Sep-Nov as per permission of industries.           3. Poster Exhibition (Green Energy ) : Duration: 1 Day  Objective: this is to enhance creativity in our students. Venue: Library hall VIT-E During: Jan 2nd week           4. Lecture of industry expert :   Duration: 2 hrs Objective: this is to enhance the knowledge of our students about industry  Venue : Auditorium VIT-E During : Oct –Nov          5. Energy Audit of VIT Campus : Duration: 1 Day Objective: It will be an effort by electrical students to calculate the energy consumption of VIT                     campus Venue: VIT campus During: March onwards          6. Project  exhibition : Duration: 1  Objective: This will be a step towards green energy by electrical department to save environment Venue : Library hall VIT-E During : Month of Feb.         7.Workshop session : We have scheduled 12 experiments for this workshop session. (for III Year students) Venue : APE LAB During : Wed , Thru, Fri.
